Booking Your Session
Let’s Chat – We start with a quick, friendly conversation about your vision, style, and what you want from your session.
Get to Know Each Other – We chat a bit more so you feel comfortable and confident before your session day. Let's talk about your location preference and posing styles that make your heart go thump thump.
Book Your Session – Finalize your date and location, and I’ll take care of the details to make it simple and stress-free. Currently all booking will be done manually by Tara
Sign & Prep – We finalize everything and I’ll share easy tips so you feel ready and relaxed.
Shoot Day! – Time to have fun! I’ll guide you lightly while capturing natural, real, and beautiful moments.
Booking & Retainer
A signed contract and non-refundable retainer are required to secure your session date. Your session is not considered officially booked until both have been completed.
Payment
Final payment is due in full the day before your scheduled session. Images will not be delivered until all payments have been completed.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
One reschedule is permitted under your original retainer. Any additional rescheduling will require a new retainer to secure a new date, unless circumstances such as an emergency prevent the session from taking place. Sessions may also need to be rescheduled due to weather or illness to ensure the best possible experience and final images.
Late Arrivals
Please communicate as soon as possible if you are running late to your session. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session time to keep the schedule on track.
Sneak Peeks & Gallery Delivery
Sneak peek images will be delivered through your online gallery within 72 hours of your session. Final galleries will be delivered through the same gallery system, with turnaround times varying by session type. Please note that final galleries will never take longer than three months to be delivered.
Travel
A travel fee will apply for sessions located more than 40 minutes from my home location.
Event Sessions
Event coverage includes additional policies and details that will be discussed individually through your contract and consultation.
